Kgosie is a co-founder of the firm and based in Johannesburg. Kgosie has over 30 years experience in the public and private sector. He has lived and worked in England and the United States, as well as Across Africa.

Early in his career he was at Hill and Knowlton in New York, and at American Express Corporate HQ where he was a Director of State Government Affairs. He subsequently went to work in Washington DC in the Public Affairs group at the law firm Washington and Christian, where he represented governments and corporate clients.

Since moving back to South Africa in 2013, Kgosie has served on the boards of the South African Post Office and on the board of the Retirement Fund of the Post Office. In 2021, Kgosie was appointed by the National Assembly of South Africa as a Councillor on the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa which regulates the technology and broadcasting industry in South Africa. Kgosie has also served as the Group Chief Executive of the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa.

Currently Kgosie serves on the board of the ENX Group, which is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. He sits on the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominations Committee, as well as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Kgosie was previously on the board of directors of Zarclear Holdings until it was taken private and de-listed from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.

Kgosie has a BA honours degree in Politics from Warwick University in England and a Masters degree in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
